Urgent Notice to Utility Customers
We have become aware that some Utility Customers may be unknowingly using the Payment Service DOXO (indicated in the upper left corner) to pay their Utility Bills. The City of Edmonds has no affiliation with DOXO, and payments made via DOXO or any other payment service not affiliated with the City may not be received timely, which can result in service termination. To ensure timely payment and avoid unnecessary interruption in service, we advise our Utility Customers to use the City of Edmonds online bill pay system instead.
