Judge Neil Weiss

As a judge of this court, it is my privilege to serve our community and uphold the principles of justice. I also welcome you to our website, where our goal is to provide easy access to important information about our court's services, procedures, and resources.

Edmonds Municipal Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. We handle misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor criminal cases within the City of Edmonds. Typical non-felony cases include DUI, criminal traffic infractions, domestic violence charges, theft charges, and drug possession charges. We also process civil traffic infractions, parking infractions, photo enforcement infractions, animal control, and nuisance violations.

Our mission statement, 'Providing the Community Access to Justice with Respect and Integrity,' is taken seriously and we endeavor to fulfill it to the highest degree. It is our sincere hope that every community member who interacts with the court feels respected, heard, and treated fairly, regardless of how they came in contact with the court or the outcome of their case.

If you have a specific question, please review our "Frequently Asked Questions" page. Do not hesitate to call the court at 425-771-0210 for any other inquiries. Please note that our court staff cannot provide legal advice, and you will not be able to speak directly with me about any pending case.
