City of Edmonds is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan and below are the Draft Environmental Impact Statement and the Draft Plan for public viewing and comments.
As part of the update, City is required to accommodate certain amount of growth per county adopted growth targets.
The Draft Plan includes a no-action alternative and two action alternatives that describe the City's approach to accommodate the predicted growth and its long-term goals and policies that align with the City's vision.
The Draft EIS document studies the potential impacts and adverse affects that may occur due to the growth.
