Electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure relates to the  components needed to power an EV. This update is intended to promote EV usage by insuring all new buildings have charging facilities available. 

This code establishes the percentage of parking spaces that need to have some level of EV charging infrastructure.

Code Highlights

• Applies to most new or significantly altered development
• Allows EV charging infrastructure citywide
• Sets general regulations for locating the infrastructure
