Pre-Approved DADU Plan Program

A program where Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADU) building plans are reviewed for entry into a City maintained catalog. Prospective building permit applicants can choose a plan from the catalog and purchase it from the designer or architect at a lower rate and then use that plan along with site specific plans, such as civil plans, to apply for a building permit. As the plan for the structure has been previously reviewed and approved, the permit application process is shorter and cheaper with reviews focusing primarily on site elements.

*Plan applications are being reviewed for entry into the catalog, there are currently no plans in the catalog.*
