The City of Edmonds advertised, selected and awarded the construction contract of the Citywide Bicycle Improvements and Elm Way Walkway Project to Laser Underground and Earthworks, Inc.
The project start date is August 7, 2023 with an anticipated completion date of late fall of 2023.
