Snohomish County operates the Household Hazardous Waste Drop-off Facility in Everett. Unwanted oil-based paint and stains*, pesticides, batteries, motor oil, etc. can be dropped at this location. It is open every Wednesday through Saturday, 7:30am until 4:00pm and their service is free to Snohomish County residents.
