Storm & Surface Water Comprehensive Plan
The Storm and Surface Water Comprehensive Plan identifies and proposes solutions to known flooding, water quality and habitat problems. It details the actions necessary to ensure compliance with applicable Federal, State and local requirements, especially the Western Washington Phase II Municipal Stormwater Permit. In addition, the comprehensive plan serves as an operation and maintenance plan, a capital improvement plan, and a financial plan for the first two items.
