The Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) advises city Council on allocating the lodging excise tax fund for tourism promotion as part of the annual City budget. The objectives of the LTAC awards are to help promote events and programs in Edmonds that attract visitors from outside Edmonds. The award cycle is once a year. Applications for 2020 are now available. Arts-related not-for-profit organizations seeking grants up to $2,500 for events or programs that promote cultural tourism may apply through the City of Edmonds Arts Commission Tourism Promotion Awards program. Applications are available by contact eac@edmondswa.gov and will be accepted until May 31, 2019.

Funding is provided to a variety of local non-profit organizations to support arts-related projects, services, and programs. Projects are varied and may be accepted if they have a component in the areas of visual, performing, or literary arts. www.edmondsartsfestival.com/foundation.

The City of Edmonds Diversity Commission offers small grants of up to $500 to Edmonds not-for-profit groups, agencies, organizations or individuals who present programs, events and/or activities that engage, educate or involve the Edmonds community in the promotion of diversity, equity and inclusion. Application deadline is April 19. Grand application form can be found here.
