OTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Edmonds has issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance for the following project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:  Building permit Application for removal of existing fuel system, including three 12,000 gallon underground storage tanks, piping, monitoring equipment, dispensers, bollards, and concrete drive and tank slabs. Demolish approximately 625 square foot steel canopy, backfill and place asphalt to match existing surface.

PROJECT PROPONENT: 7-Eleven, Inc. c/o: Paul Fairbairn, PM, Stantec Consulting Services Inc.
