PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Unit lot subdivision at Brackett’s Corner (14 unit lots with a central access tract).  The buildings and site improvements were reviewed and approved in 2015 and 2016 and are currently under construction.  The site is zoned Residential Multifamily (RM-2.4).
