Notice of SEPA DNS - Doug's Mazda

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Edmonds has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance for the following project.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Doug’s Mazda is proposing to construct a new two-level 23,000 sf. retail sales building on the existing auto sales site at 22130 Highway 99.  The new building will be located over existing pavement and use existing curb cuts at Highway 99 and 76th Ave. W.  Future work at the site under separate review will include remodeling and a 5,000 sf. addition to the existing sales building, remodeling and a 5,000 sf. addition to the existing detail building, and construction of a new two-level inventory parking deck.

SEPA COMMENTS: SEPA comments must be submitted by September 1, 2017.

APPEAL PERIOD: You may appeal this determination by filing a written appeal citing the specific reasons for appeal with the required appeal fee no later than September 8, 2017 by 4:00 PM.
