PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to construct a new mixed-use building with 91 multi-family residential units, 3,100 square feet of retail space, approximately 25,800 square feet of structured parking (70 stalls) and a reconfigured surface parking area providing an additional 71 parking spaces. A total of 194 parking spaces, including existing spaces, will be provided on the entire property. The subject site is in the Westgate Mixed Use zone and is subject to Chapter 16.110 Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC) and design standards in Chapter 22.110 ECDC.

PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: A public hearing will be held before the Architectural Design Board on May 3, 2017 at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 250 – 5th Avenue North, Edmonds, WA 98020
SEPA DETERMINATION: Notice is Hereby Given that the City of Edmonds has issued a Determination of Nonsignificance under WAC 197-11-340 for the above project.

SEPA COMMENTS: Comments regarding the SEPA determination are due April 20, 2017.
SEPA APPEAL: This SEPA determination may be appealed by filing a written appeal citing the specific reasons for appeal with the required appeal fee no later than April 27, 2017 by 4:00 p.m.
